1. What kind of payment method do you accept?
A: We accept only Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for a credit card to make purchases. Money orders denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank are also accepted; however, payment by these methods may delay shipping.
2. Do you accept personal checks for payment?
A. No. We do not accepts personal checks.
3. Is it safe to use my credit card?
A. Yes. Ordering online at Autofreak.net is safe. Our Secure Server guarantees that online credit card transactions are encrypted so that sensitive information is transmitted securely.

5. Who pays for shipping?
A. Shipping charges are automatically calculated for you when you place your order online and the charge is included in your total. Our standard method of shipment is UPS Ground; however, you may select the method of shipment or upgrade to premium service.

7. Can you ship my order in partial shipments if one of the items I am ordering is not available right away?

A. Yes. We can process partial shipments; however, additional shipping charges may apply. We will attempt to contact you as soon as possible if an item is backordered.
